The downstairs is a comfortable open plan sitting and dining room with a fully fitted kitchen area at the rear. Although centrally heated, you can soak up the atmosphere sat in front of the wood burning stove as the nights draw in. The new kitchen has a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a lovely meal.

The house is no smoking but pets are welcome.
The spacious garden to the rear has established flowers and plants and we have tried hard to maintain quaint, peaceful and rustic charm. It’s a beautiful place to relax, or enjoy a meal with friends. A bistro table and chairs are provided.
There is on street parking outside the house, and you will be provided with four half day permits at no extra cost.
There is small step up to enter through the front door and a larger step at the rear to enter at the back. Both bedrooms and the toilet/bathroom are reached by stairs to the first floor. There is a step down into the kitchen. The old crazed paving to the rear garden is somewhat uneven.
The house is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and a few minutes drive from the A49. 99 Old Street, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 1NU.
